Renovation of a ruined building, transforming it into three private residences and a restaurant. The premise was always to preserve the pre-existing elements, keeping the intervention simple and unpretentious, using traditional materials such as wooden frames, terracotta flooring, and wooden ceilings. The upper floor takes advantage of the high ceiling, playing with the shapes of the roof.
