FIRST STEPS

SURVEYS AND PRELIMINARY LAYOUTS

In this stage decisions regarding project layouts are refined. Precise drawings are the cornerstone of a rock-solid project; that’s why, following the initial consultation, more accurate drawings based on architectural surveys are required to ensure that creative decisions are confirmed on a rigorous basis.

Stage 03

GETTING PERMISSION

Licensing is the proper authorization required to carry out building works. Administrative permits are imperative in most construction processes. However, some projects waive these licensing requirements. For example, rehabilitation, conservation, and alterations with “minor urbanistic relevance” — that is, construction works that do not alter the structure or the exterior appearance of the building — can forgo this step.

TENDER AND ON-SITE

To ensure that our clients have maximum control over both the process and the budget of their construction work, the project should be as detailed as possible. Architect Your Home has the resources to support its clients at this stage, ensuring that their construction is completed within budget and as planned.
