Academic Background
Architecture with social impact, In 2005, he completed his Architecture degree at the Technical University of Lisbon, after a semester at the Arkitektur- og Designhøgskolen in Oslo. He became certified the following year through a curricular internship at NiestijlLabadie Architecten in Amsterdam.
Professional Experience
After a brief period at BFAS, also in Amsterdam, he began a long-term collaboration with BureauSLA, where he led a range of projects including collective housing, renovations, museums, office buildings, and urban interventions. In 2007, he was invited to serve as a jury member for Project III at the Academie van Bouwkunst in Amsterdam.
Founding ODD
In 2010, he co-founded ODD, an architecture collective based in Lisbon, with two other partners. The practice is rooted in a vision of architecture with social impact.
