Academic Background

She completed her training in Interior Design in 2018 at Cascais School of Arts & Design. She founded her studio in 2019 and has been working in the residential and commercial sectors ever since. In 2023, she specialised in Interior Design for Restaurants, Hospitality and Retail within the luxury sector, with In&Out Studio in Spain.

Purpose

She believes that design should not focus solely on aesthetics, but also on the sensory experience, engaging all the senses through textures, sounds, scents and light. The design of a space goes beyond materials and furniture — it is about emotions, memories and the perceptions it creates.

Background and inspirations

Growing up among the corridors of an Engineering and architecture projects office in Angola sparked her passion for architecture, spatial design and construction. Her interest in art, dance and theatre, anthropology and music fuels her creative side, while her degree in Law and her career in legal practice instilled in her a strong sense of rigour, work ethic and attention to detail.
